Shopping Process
The Easy Shopping Guide
The website provides a 24-hour online ordering service, with a few simple steps to place an order easily.
Confirm your identity → Choose goods → Confirm the goods you want to buy→ Fill in the order information → Confirm payment → Order is done
Order Tracking
When you log in as a member, you can use the "Member Center" function in the upper right corner of the home page to check your historical order records and shipping status.
Payment Method
Online card payment is currently available
• The online credit card payment method can use VISA, Master, U-Card, and JCB credit cards for transactions, and a one-time payment is required. (Only for VISA, Master Card, and JCB credit cards issued in Taiwan)
• Transaction currencies are calculated in New Taiwan Dollars.
• When you fill in credit card-related information on the checkout page, please be sure to fill in the correct information in detail, so as to facilitate the bank to review the credit card information.
Invoice Delivery
The invoice will be sent out with the goods. If you do not receive the invoice when you receive the goods, please leave a message on the homepage [Contact Us] or call the customer service hotline, and indicate the order information, and we will reply as soon as possible.
Shipping Instructions and Shipping Methods
• The goods will be home delivered. The goods will be delivered to your designated delivery address within seven working days (excluding weekends and national holidays) (except for bad network, natural disasters, or force majeure factors).
• In order to protect the intactness of the product, we will properly pack the product you ordered. Please open the box and check the product immediately after receiving the product, in order to confirm that the product packaging is intact.
• It happens occasionally that orders cannot be delivered on time, and our home delivery staff will contact you by phone in advance. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Your patience is appreciated.
• If you are not at the receiving place on the day of delivery, the home delivery personnel will contact you for delivery at another time.
• If we cannot reach you within 7 days so that the product cannot be delivered, we will cancel the order.
• In order to ensure that the goods will be delivered to you, please be sure to fill in the correct delivery location so that the goods can be sent to you as soon as possible.
Shipping Rates
• Free shipping for a single online purchase of NT$5,000 (inclusive) on Taiwan proper, and a shipping fee of NT$100 for less than the above amount.
• Free shipping for a single online purchase of NT$10,000 (inclusive) on the offshore islands, and a shipping fee of NT$300 for less than the above amount.
Return Policy
Online order returns and exchanges are handled as follows:
• Only defective products are accepted for replacement, and exchanges for other products are not accepted.
• If you find any problems with the content of the order or goods, please return the goods within 7 days (including national holidays and weekends) after the product is delivered, and the overdue return will not be accepted.
• The content of the goods to be exchanged must maintain the intactness of all goods, gifts, accessories, packaging, accompanying documents or information.
• For returns, please fill in the return processing form and indicate the orderer's name, contact address, phone number and reason for return, to facilitate processing as soon as possible.
• When returning, please send the product together with the gift and invoice.
• If the return postage problem is caused by the customer's mistaken order, the postage will not be refunded.
Refund Method and Time:
The amount will be refunded to your credit card account in about 5 to 7 working days after the return goods are received.
※ Please judge, according to your checkout date, that the refund amount may be listed on the bill of this month or the next month.
Order Cancellation
• If the status of your order is displayed as "unpaid", you can cancel the order on the website. Please place a new order.
• When your order status is displayed as "Payment Completed", it means that you have completed the order. If you want to cancel the order, please go to the home page "Contact Us" to apply for a return.
• Before you apply to cancel the order, if the product is already on the way to delivery, it means that you will receive the product or have already received it. Please go to "Contact Us" on the home page within the 7-day appreciation period to return the product.
Appreciation Period Regulations
According to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, the Prosperity online shopping website will provide you with the right to enjoy a seven-day appreciation period starting from the next day when the product arrives. The appreciation period is used for your evaluation of whether to buy the product, not for you to try the product. You may request a return and refund within the appreciation period, but as a reminder, the returned product content must maintain the integrity of all products, gifts, accessories, packaging, accompanying documents or information, and must be returned together with the invoice, otherwise, Prosperity has the right to refuse your return and refund requests.
